Fujikawa 2 back after 62, Sony Open 2009

Tadd Fujikawa, Hawai'i's real-life golf menehune, provided the Sony Open in Hawai'i with more magic yesterday, going out early and torching Waialae Country Club for an 8-under-par 62. He is tied for sixth, two shots behind leader Zach Johnson, going into today's final round.(January 18, 2009).

Tadd Fujikawa (born January 8, 1991) is a Japanese American professional golfer. Playing as an amateur at age 15, he qualified for the 2006 U.S. Open, the youngest golfer since 1941 to do so. In 2007, he made the cut in a PGA Tour event at the Sony Open in Hawaii. At the age of 16 years, 4 days, he was the second youngest player to ever achieve that feat. Fujikawa is a senior at Moanalua High School in Honolulu, Hawaii.
